So grateful for having contacted Luke at Amity Travel to plan my trip to France. That which could have in principle been a very straightforward planning was turned upside down when a departure flight (from destination to return to WA) was cancelled. This triggered an incredible chain of events: flights rebooked automatically (by airline) and then cancelled in the middle of the night, then new flights rebooked that did not allow for time to transfer terminals… and so on and so forth. If it wasn’t for Luke to kept a close eye to the cancellations and the new bookings (Unbeknownst to me at that stage) I would likely be still stuck in London as there just was NO TICKETS to return to Australia… I got contacted by Luke, (by email and messaging) and when one is stuck in a MAD airport with no counter or helpful human to speak to, this made the world of difference. Plus I got my return ticket. Thank you Amity Travel, I will see you again very soon.
