Bruce dived into the travel industry in 1958 as an employee of Richie Travel and Tours in New Zealand. Over the years, Bruce has travelled extensively, which has no doubt spurred on his passion for history and world events. Bruce loves sharing his international knowledge and experiences to plan fantastic holidays for his clients. What he may not share with you is that he used to be a concert pianist!
Co-owner of Amity Travel and Travel consultant, also known as ‘mum’
Proudly born and bred in Tasmania, Sandy’s passion for travel and charity work has seen her travel all around the world. Originally a trained theatre nurse, Sandy is now a full-time travel agent. However, she still finds the time to travel to those in need, such as the Philippines where she assists with Operation Rainbow.
Full-time Amity Travel consultant, also known as ‘son’
Amity Travel is a second home to Luke, having started at the agency as soon as he finished school. In fact, when Luke left the hospital after he was born, he was taken straight to Amity Travel! No wonder he too was bitten by the travel bug, causing him to travel all over the world and even appear in an episode of Airline in the UK! Luke’s enthusiasm for travel shows in the passion and attention to detail that goes into every one of his clients’ holidays.
Full-time Amity Travel consultant, also known as ‘ Sue’
The newest member to join the Amity Travel family. Sue has been in the travel industry for over 30 years and takes pride and pleasure in helping people’s travel dreams come true. Sue loves working here so much, she named her puppy ‘Amity’!
Part-time Amity Travel consultant also known as ‘Aunty Bev’
Bev has been involved in the travel industry for over 40 years, having started her travel career at Malaysia Airlines, in their Perth sales office. Now with Amity Travel, she works as our travel consultant filling in on the days we need her.
Part-time Book keeper and Administrator, also known as ‘Deb’
Her forte is to keep us all in line and make sure our paperwork is up to date!
